Since owner, Habiba Diaby, was a little girl, she has loved to cook. Habiba's beloved grandmother and mother were gifted in the kitchen, and they passed down their love for cooking.

 

Habiba's love of cooking was joined with a passion for justice. While living in Ivory Coast, Habiba was going to law school with the goal of becoming a lawyer. When Habiba joined her husband, Adama, in the U.S. during the summer of 2018, she exchanged law to pursue her passion for cooking. Adama is Habiba's greatest cheerleader and supporter. The Lehigh Valley has been home to the pair and their two beautiful children since.

All Nkasso recipes are steeped with West African influence, culture, history, and tradition. The goal is to make all guests feel "Nkasso" or my home.
